There are things in this life we don't understand...
There are things in our mind we don't want to understand...
There are things that hide in the darkness of people...
These are things that are feared and despised...
These are things that reside in us...
These are things that reside in the world...
But should we break down and accept them, or fight them?
Will they win in the end? Or will we continue to feed them? Allowing their unbiased hatred boil and control our bodies...
These are the things that I ponder as the darkness crawls towards me...
These are the things that I don't understand...
These are things that bring me down, that control me...
As such their influence has become a treacherous one...
I will refrain from joining that darkness, yet remain half tempted to give into it.
Always half in dark, half in light...
Become the thing that I fear most while hiding it from everyone else...
